Sauce: Maple Bourbon Glaze

This is a sweet and sticky glaze that is perfect on ribs, chicken, pork and much more.
Great way to finish up any BBQ
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 c. bourbon
- 1/4 c. ketchup (Heinz Simply)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 4 t. of my Sweet Dry Rub
- 4 t. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes until the glaze reaches a syrupy consistency.
Use right away or store in a glass container or jar. Will last at least 2 weeks tightly sealed in the refrigerator.
NOTE: Used this when we made Maple Bourbon Smoked Baby Back Ribs
