Bread, Breadcrumbs & Dipping Oils
I like to make mini loaves of bread and freeze them. I always have homemade breads on hand. Just thaw a loaf or microwave slices and enjoy.
Homemade breadcrumbs are so much better and easy to make. Great way to use up leftover bread or heels of bread. You can prep and freeze plain fresh bread "crumbs" then freeze in a Ziplock bag. When needed, thaw, season accordingly and bake.
