Veggie Roll Ups
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. 8-inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
- 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
- 1 pkg. (2.5 oz.) dried beef
- 1/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 1/4 c. black olives, chopped or sliced
Instructions
Mix cream cheese, dried beef and vegetables. Spread on tortillas and roll up. Place seam side down in a sealed container, or wrap in plastic wrap for a couple hours.
When ready to serve, slice in 1/4-inch slices and serve.
