- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 c. water

- 1 c. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
- 1 t. pepper

Instructions
IMPORTANT: Shake 1-2 Tbls. of flour inside oven bag.
Combine marinade ingredients.
Place turkey into a large oven bag (tuck wings under turkey and place with breast side down); pour marinade over turkey and seal.
Put bag into a study foil pan and marinade overnight or at least 8 hours (TURN A FEW TIMES).
When ready to grill, cut a few slits in the top of the oven bag and place foil pan with turkey on the grill rack. Insert thermometer if desired.
Cover and grill for about 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat thermometer reads 185 degrees. A 20 lb. turkey will take about 3 to 3-1/2 hours.
Let turkey stand about 15 minutes before carving.
NOTE: You may want to double bag turkey; we have had the bag rip on us occasionally.
