Turkey Noodle Soup
Great way to use up leftover Turkey from Thanksgiving

Ingredients
- 48 oz. chicken stock or broth
- 1 c. sliced carrots
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbls. minced dry parsley
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/4 t. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 t. thyme
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 1-1/2 - 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
Instructions
In soup pot combine all ingredients except turkey and noodles. Cover and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Add turkey and uncooked noodles and continue cooking until noodles are done.
