48 oz. chicken stock or broth
1 c. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbls. minced dry parsley
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 t. poultry seasoning
1/4 t. thyme
2 c. diced cooked turkey or chicken
1-1/2 - 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
In soup pot combine all ingredients except turkey and noodles. Cover and heat to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low and cook until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Add turkey and uncooked noodles and continue cooking until noodles are done.
