Tortilla Roll Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. of whole wheat flour tortilla shells (large)
  • 8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1/3 c. chunky salsa
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1/2 t. chili powder
  • extra salsa for dipping

Instructions

Mix all of the above ingredients together. Spread on large flour tortilla shells. Roll the tortillas up like a jellyroll. Place face down in a pan.

Chill for a couple of hours. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve with salsa.
