Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl or jar. Mix together or put lid on jar and shake to combine. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
1-1/2 lbs. Chicken: add chicken (all breasts or a combination of breasts and thighs) to slow cooker along with all of the seasoning; pour in 1 cup of chicken stock or broth. Cook on low for 6-7 hours (turn over occasionally) until you can shred chicken with a fork. Remove chicken to a large bowl or cutting board and shred using 2 forks. Add back into slow cooker along with juices for even more flavor.
1 lb. Ground Sirloin or Chicken: Fry meat in a frying pan until browned and cooked through; drain fat. Add seasoning (approximately 3 tablespoons) and 1/2 to 1 cup water or beef broth and cook down to blend flavors. Will take about 15 minutes.
