Sugared Pecans

Ingredients

  • 20 ounces of pecan halves
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions

Beat egg white with water. Use an electric beater; beat until frothy.

Add all dry ingredients; beat quickly to mix. Throw in pecans and toss to coat.

Spread nuts on greased cookie sheet. Place in 275 degree oven, turning nuts with spatula every 15 minutes for one hour.

Cool completely and store.
