Strawberry Yogurt Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 six oz. containers of low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 8 oz. container of TruWhip (thaw in Ref. overnight)
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced (about 1/2 cup); additional for garnish if desired.
  • 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust

Crust

  • 1-1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 c. melted butter
  • 2 Tbls. sugar (optional)

Instructions

Mix crumbs, butter and sugar (if using). Press firmly against bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie plate.

Mix yogurt and cool whip with a spatula or spoon until smooth. Add fresh strawberries. Pour into crust, cover and freeze until firm.

When ready to serve, let stand at room temp for about 5-10 minutes.
