Steak Marinade
Wonderful flavor and good with any type of steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb. of your favorite steak (tenderloin, flank, sirloin etc.)
- 1/8 c. + 2 t. low sodium soy sauce
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1/8 c. + 2 t. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2-1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1 Tbls. + 1-1/2 t. dried basil
- 2-1/4 t. dried parsley flakes
- ½ t. ground white pepper
- 1/8 t. hot pepper sauce, optional
- 1 small garlic clove, minced, optional
Instructions
Place soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley and pepper in a mini food processor.
Add hot pepper sauce and minced garlic if desired. Mix on high for 30 seconds.
Pour marinade over meat.
Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Drain marinade and cook meat as desired.
