Drink: Kids Spritzer

Great for a hot day and the kids think they are drinking soda, only it is more nutritious.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. can of frozen fruit juice concentrate - undiluted (cherry, apple, cran-apple, cran-raspberry taste great)
  • 1 qt. bottle of seltzer water
  • ice cubes

Instructions

Mix the above in a pitcher and serve with ice. This doesn't keep more than a day because it loses its carbonation.
