Spinach: Strawberry-Kiwi Spinach Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
- fresh baby spinach for 4, washed
- 2 c. sliced strawberries
- 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/8 c. chopped pecans, toasted
Dressing
- 3 Tbls. olive oil
- 2 Tbls. white sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbls. white or good dark balsamic vinegar (18 yr or older)
- 1 t. poppy seeds
- 1-1/2 t. sesame seeds, optional
- 1-1/2 t. chopped onion
- 1/8 t. paprika
- 1/8 t. Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Place the ingredients in the left column in a jar with or container with a tight fitting lid; shake well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove about 20 minutes before serving.
Combine spinach, strawberries, kiwi and pecans in a salad bowl.
Shake dressing and drizzle over salad; toss to coat.
NOTE: Serves 4. Champagne Vinegar works great as well.
