Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 c. Hellmann’s light mayonnaise
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped fine
  • 1 c. low-fat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 Pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • small onion, diced fine
  • cocktail rye slices, crackers or pumpernickel bread

Instructions

Mix all together and serve the following day.

Serve on cocktail rye, crackers or pumpernickel bread.

NOTE: Hollow out the inside of a round loaf of pumpernickel bread and put dip inside. Break up the bread chunks you removed to serve with the bread.
