Spinach and Beef Dip
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach (drained)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. light mayonnaise
- 3 Tbls. milk
- Deli dried beef, crumbled (as much as you like)
- 1 c. low-fat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced green onions (scallion)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 t. dill weed
- crackers of your choice
Instructions
In bowl combine spinach, cream cheese, mayo, milk, and dried beef. Beat thoroughly with mixer.
Stir in sour cream, green onions, garlic and dill until well blended.
Serve on crackers.
NOTE: Makes 4 cups
