Spaetzle
Dumplings
Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. unbleached white all-purpose flour
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix the above ingredients.
Drop by teaspoons into boiling water, or chicken soup, for about 5-7 minutes or until they rise.
NOTE: I use a special kitchen gadget that I put the dough into and grate the dough into the boiling soup.
