Rub: South of the Border Spice

Good on chicken, pork or any meat/seafood that you want a Southwestern flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 t. sea salt
- 2 t. smoked paprika
- 2 t. chili powder
- 1 t. black pepper
- 1 t. cumin
- 1 t. Mexican oregano (or marjoram is a good substitute)
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1 t. onion powder
- ½ t. cayenne pepper
- ½ t. crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use a fork to break up any clumps. Store in a cool dry place for in refrigerator.
