Snack: Baked Cinnamon Sugar Chips
Made October 2019 with granddaughter's help.
Both our grandkids loved them (Grandpa too).

Ingredients
- 4 Tbls. white sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 3 Tbls. melted butter (dairy-free for granddaughter Aubree)
- 2 large flour tortillas (whole wheat work also)
- parchment paper
Instructions
Cut the flour tortillas into shapes using a cookie cutter.
Brush both sides of the tortilla with melted butter (the more the better).
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Pour the cinnamon sugar mixture onto a plate.
Press both sides of the tortilla shapes into the cinnamon sugar mixture to coat them. Place the shapes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the cinnamon sugar chips at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
Store in an airtight container.
