Sirloin Steak - Marinated
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. sirloin steak 1" thick
- 1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbls. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 c. + 1 Tbls. Kikkoman light soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/8 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t. dried parsley flakes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 t. dried thyme
- 1 Tbls. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Put all of the above ingredients into a Ziploc plastic bag and marinate overnight. Discard marinade.
Grill on medium coals 8-10 minutes on each side.
