Shrimp with Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 t. hot pepper sauce
- 1 t. canola oil
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbls. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbls. chopped green onions
Dipping Sauce
- 3 Tbls. Kikkoman reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbls. rice vinegar
- 1 Tbls. orange juice
- 2 t. sesame oil
- 2 t. honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 t. minced fresh ginger root
Instructions
In a large skillet, heat hot pepper sauce, oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and soy sauce for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and onions; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Combine sauce ingredients and serve with shrimp.
