Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 t. hot pepper sauce
  • 1 t. canola oil
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbls. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbls. chopped green onions

Dipping Sauce

  • 3 Tbls. Kikkoman reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbls. rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbls. orange juice
  • 2 t. sesame oil
  • 2 t. honey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 t. minced fresh ginger root

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat hot pepper sauce, oil, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and soy sauce for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add shrimp and onions; stir-fry for 4-5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Combine sauce ingredients and serve with shrimp.
