Ribs: Aloha Style
Ingredients
- 3 lbs. lean country-style ribs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. finely diced onions
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (DO NOT DRAIN)
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
Instructions
Sprinkle ribs with salt & pepper.
Place in a lightly greased shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Drain fat.
Mix remaining ingredients and let stand to blend flavor.
Pour over ribs and bake another 45-50 minutes.
Baste often.
