Red Potatoes: Roasted
Ingredients
- red potatoes for 6 people
- 3 Tbls. butter
- 1 Tbls. water
- 2 Tbls. canola or olive oil
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. garlic salt
- parsley or dill (your choice) to taste
Instructions
Melt butter; add oil, water, and seasonings. Set aside.
Cut potatoes into small chunks. Place in a shallow baking dish (9 x 13" pan or roasting pan).
Pour butter or margarine mixture over potatoes and toss to coat; sprinkle with parsley or dill.
Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered 35-40 minutes. Stir occasionally.
