Poultry Dry Rub Seasoning

Excellent flavor!
For an extra “kick” see Note section below
Ingredients
- ¼ c. dark brown sugar
- 1 Tbls. coarse sea salt
- 2 t. black pepper
- 2 t. paprika
- 2 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. onion powder
- 1 t. dry mustard
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together.
Press onto chicken pieces or whole chicken, coating all sides
Place chicken on a platter, cover with saran wrap and refrigerate for several hours or all day before cooking.
Grill or bake accordingly.
Store remaining rub in an airtight container to use another time.
NOTE: Also good on pork
For an extra “kick” use smoked paprika instead of regular and 1/2 t. cayenne pepper
