Pork Chops (Oven Barbecued)
Taste of Home Cast Iron Skillet Cookbook

Excellent flavor and super easy!
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 loin or rib pork chops (3/4-inch) - see Notes section
- 1 Tbls. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbls. white vinegar
- 2 t. brown sugar
- 1/2 t. pepper
- 1/2 t. chili powder
- 1/2 t. paprika
- 3/4 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. hot water
Instructions
Place chop, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet.
Combine all ingredients; pour over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 40 minutes, turning chops half way through
NOTE: Before baking, I season the chops with Penzeys Galena Street chicken & rib rub, salt and pepper.
You can also use 4 very large chops.
