Pork Chops: Korean Style

So tender and flavorful
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 1 Tbls. olive oil
- ¼ c. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbls. honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1 t. ginger, minced
- 2 t. sriracha sauce
- black pepper to taste
- 1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, sriracha sauce and scallion onions. Set aside a little marinade to baste chops when grilling. Refrigerate until ready to grill.
Place chops in a zip lock bag with the remaining marinade. Marinate in refrigerator all day.
Discard marinade and grill chops 15 – 18 minutes. Sear both sides on high heat, then turn down temperate and baste occasionally with the marinade you set aside. Cook until chops are done and no longer pink.
NOTE: Good served with my Stir fried asparagus or pea pods and basmati rice drizzled with a little soy sauce.
