Source: Found on Pinterest

So tender and flavorful

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 Tbls. olive oil
  • ¼ c. Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 Tbls. honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 t. sesame oil
  • 1 t. ginger, minced
  • 2 t. sriracha sauce
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced thin

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, sriracha sauce and scallion onions. Set aside a little marinade to baste chops when grilling. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Place chops in a zip lock bag with the remaining marinade. Marinate in refrigerator all day.

Discard marinade and grill chops 15 – 18 minutes. Sear both sides on high heat, then turn down temperate and baste occasionally with the marinade you set aside. Cook until chops are done and no longer pink.

NOTE: Good served with my Stir fried asparagus or pea pods and basmati rice drizzled with a little soy sauce.
