Poor Mans Pizza

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
- 1/2 t. garlic salt
- 1 t. oregano
- 1 pkg. pepperoni
- 1 c. unbleached all-purpose white flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 15 oz. can Pastorelli pizza sauce
- 3 c. mozzarella cheese
Toppings
- Onion
- Green Pepper
- Black Olives
- Mushrooms
Instructions
Brown ground chuck and drain. Add garlic salt and oregano. Set aside.
Mix flour, milk and eggs. Pour mixture into a greased 15 x 10 x 2 pan.
Sprinkle the beef on one half and place pepperoni slices on the other half.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour sauce over top. Add your favorite toppings and sprinkle the cheese on top.
Bake an additional 15 minutes.
NOTE: Use turkey pepperoni to cut down on fat; just add some red pepper flakes to make it more flavorful.
