Pistachio Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can light fruit cocktail, drained
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 can light peaches, drained
- 16 oz. container of low fat cottage cheese
- small box instant pistachio pudding
- 8 oz. light Cool Whip
- maraschino cherries, garnish
Instructions
Mix fruits (add banana just before serving) and cottage cheese in large bowl.
Add dry pudding mix and stir until fruit is coated.
Fold in Cool Whip and refrigerate to set. Top with maraschino cherries.
