Pepperoni Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. bow tie or spiral pasta, cooked and drained
- 5 oz. pkg. tube style pepperoni, sliced
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. diced green pepper
- 1/4 c. sliced black olives
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
- cherry tomatoes, sliced
- bottled Italian dressing (Wishbone)
- dried oregano and/or red pepper flakes to taste, if desired
- salt & pepper to taste
- freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
Cook pasta according to directions, drain and rinse. Set aside.
Toss pasta, pepperoni, cheese cubes, green pepper, onions, black olives and cherry tomatoes.
Add Italian salad dressing, (use to your liking) salt and pepper. Also add a little dried oregano if desired.
Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top and toss.
Refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
NOTE: Keeps for a couple of days in the refrigerator.
