Overnight Oats: Banana Bread
Tastes like Banana Bread



Ingredients
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. almond milk (regular milk is fine)
- 2/3 c. plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ banana, smashed
- 1 Tbls. honey or maple syrup
- 2 t. chia seeds
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- ¼ t. salt
Topping Choices
- chopped walnuts
- mini chocolate chips
- banana slices or small pieces
- dollop of peanut butter
Instructions
In a bowl, add the rolled oats, milk, plain yogurt, smashed banana, honey or maple syrup, chia seeds, cinnamon, vanilla extract and salt.
Pour the oats into a container or glass jar and seal with a lid.
Place in the refrigerator overnight to let oats absorb all the liquid.
In the morning, give it a quick stir. Add toppings of your choice, if desired, and serve.
