Orange Cream Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 20 oz. can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 16 oz. can peach slices, drained
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 large apples cored and chopped (granny smith)
- 1 pkg. (small) instant vanilla pudding
- 1-1/2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
- 3/4 c. low-fat sour cream
Instructions
Combine fruits in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, combine pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate. Beat 1-2 minutes until well blended. Beat in sour cream. Fold mixture into fruit.
Cover and chill.
NOTE: There is quite a bit of “creamy sauce” so you can add more fruit if you would like. Or just don’t use all of the sauce when mixing in the fruit (save it for another use).
