Oat Snack Mix
Love this, so addictive

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. salt
- 4 c. square oat cereal
- 1-1/2 c. old fashioned oatmeal
- 1 c. walnuts
- 1/2 c. chocolate covered raisins (we love dark chocolate)
- 1/2 c. dried cranberries
Instructions
In a saucepan, combine butter, honey, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt; heat until the butter is melted. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
In a large bowl, combine cereal, oats and nuts. Drizzle with butter mixture and mix well.
Place in a greased (I use PAM non-stick cooking spray) 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Take out of the oven and pour onto a clean 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan and cool for 15 minutes or until completely cool. I like to transfer all to another clean baking pan to cool.
Stir in cranberries and chocolate-covered raisins.
Store in an air-tight container.
NOTE: Makes 6 cups.
