Sauce: Mustard Dill Sauce for Fish

Amazing with fresh perch or walleye

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbls. butter
  • 2 Tbls. unbleached all-purpose white flour
  • 2 Tbls. prepared mustard (Grey Poupon)
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1-2 Tbls. fresh dill chopped fine or 1 t. dried

Instructions

Melt butter in a sauce pan. Stir in flour and cook over low heat until it starts to thicken (about 30 seconds). Add remaining ingredients, continue to heat and stir for 2-3 minutes. Set sauce aside until ready to serve.

Serve with your favorite pan fried fish (walleye, perch etc.)
