Mexican Fudge

Ingredients
- 2 c. low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 c. Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 c. picante sauce (or salsa)
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Mix cheeses and set aside. Beat eggs and picante sauce. Pour half of the cheese mixture in an 8 x 8-inch pan. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into small squares and serve.
