Martini: Gingerbread

Perfect for the Christmas Holiday

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. quality vodka
  • 1-1/2 oz. bailey's Irish cream liqueur
  • 1 oz. Kahlua liqueur
  • 1/2 – 1 oz. gingerbread syrup (get from Starbuck’s)
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream (VERY soft, about half melted) or use 1 oz. half & half

Instructions

  1. Mix first five ingredients in shaker with ice.
  2. Shake very well.
  3. Pour into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Top with whipped cream and a Pepperidge Farm gingerbread cookie -- awesome!

NOTE: Pour a little Bailey's in a saucer, dip the rims; and then dip them into the graham cracker crumbs. Crush them yourself so they aren’t so powdery.
