Mahi Mahi

Ingredients
- 8 Mahi Mahi fillets (6 oz. each)
- 3/4 c. reduced-sodium Teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbls. pineapple juice
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Rinse and soak fish in a little milk (in a zip lock bag) for about 30 minutes. Rinse again and pat dry with paper towel. This eliminates the fishy taste.
Combine the teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and garlic and pour into a zip lock bag; add Mahi Mahi. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Grill mahi mahi on non-stick foil, covered, over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
