Lime Sea Foam Jello

A favorite for holiday dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 large can pears - drain and save 1 cup juice
- 3 oz. pkg. lime Jell-O
- 3 oz. low fat cream cheese
- 3 Tbls. milk
- 1/2 pint whipped cream, whipped or 4 oz. light Cool Whip
Instructions
Boil pear juice, add Jell-O and mix until dissolved.
Using a blender, blend the cream cheese and milk. Add Jell-O mixture and pear juice; then drained pears and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a medium-large bowl and Refrigerate about 20 minutes to partially set. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Pour into a mold or bowl and refrigerate to set.
