Lemon Ice

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Prosecco (an Italian crisp, sparkling white wine)
  • 3/4 oz. Vodka
  • 1 Tbls. (scoop) of softened lemon sorbet
  • 1 fresh mint leave, torn in pieces

Instructions

Add Prosecco and vodka to a champagne flute. Carefully add the sorbet. Sprinkle with torn mint and serve immediately. Makes 1 cocktail.
