Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes & green chilies
  • 8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Mexican Velveeta
  • 1 lb. lean ground sirloin
  • 1 Tbls. sliced jalapeno peppers
  • tortilla chips (Tostitos)

Instructions

Brown meat and drain fat.

Soften cream cheese and Velveeta in microwave until creamy. Mix together and add peppers.

Serve warm with tortilla chips.
