Iced Latte

Perfect during the summer and hot days.
I drink all year round.

Ingredients

  • 2 shots of brewed hot or cold espresso (approximately 2 oz.)
  • 8 oz. milk, any variety
  • 2 oz. flavored coffee creamer (my choice), flavored coffee syrup or caramel sauce

Instructions

Pour the espresso into a 16 oz glass filled with ice.

NOTE: You can either brew the espresso directly over the ice if you have an espresso machine or make the espresso on the stove top and pour it over the ice. The espresso can be hot or cold when you pour it over the ice.

Add the liquid sweetener to the glass.

Pour milk (I froth in my Keurig coffee/latte/cappuccino machine) into the glass and stir until the milk, sweetener, and espresso are combined. Milk does not have to be frothed.

NOTE: You also use flavored espresso and add additional complimentary liquid sweetener of your choice, if desired.
