Honeycrisp Apples, Celery, Grapes & Dried Cranberries Fruit Salad

Easy to make, light and refreshing.
Cut recipe in half to serve less people.

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise (Hellman’s)
  • 2 Tbls. honey
  • 1 Tbls. fresh lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste

Fruit Salad Ingredients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, cored and chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, copped
  • 1 c. red grapes, halved
  • 1/2 c.c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. dried cranberries

Instructions

Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside while you prepare the fruit salad ingredients.

Combine apples, celery, grapes, pecans and cranberries in a large bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat evenly.

Best served immediately. If you refrigerate to serve later, drain excess liquid that will develop.
