For soup
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 c. flour
- 2 eggs
- handful of salt (est. 2 Tbls.)
- water to moisten
Instructions
Mix the above ingredients and let stand 10-15 minutes.
Break up into balls (approximately 7) and roll out each ball; be generous with the flour. Roll out thin.
Cover lightly with a flour sack towel; let each one sit at least 1 hour and turn after 30 minutes.
To make noodles, roll out thin and cut into thin strips. Use your judgment as to width.
Cook in boiling salt water until done (about 6-8 minutes). Drain and add to your favorite soup.
