Ham Steak: with Apricot Glaze - Grilled

Ben's favorite way to eat ham

Ingredients

  • 1-2 lbs. 1/2-inch thick ham steak OR 4-6 individual ham steaks (1/4" thick)
  • 1/3 c. apricot jam (good quality)
  • 1 t. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbls. prepared mustard
  • 1/8 t. ground cinnamon

Instructions

Cook marinade ingredients in saucepan until blended; about 2-3 minutes.

Grill ham over medium coals about 8-10 minutes on each side.

Brush with marinade the last few minutes of grilling.

NOTE: Grill 10 minutes per pound if using a single 1/2-inch ham steak.
