4 ripe Haas avocados
1/2 cup diced red onion (or regular onion)
3 Tbls. fresh lemon or lime juice
1 large garlic clove (or 2 regular size cloves)
8 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 t. kosher salt
1 med tomato, seeded and diced small
1 t. black pepper
Scoop avocado out of shells into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, pepper. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until finely diced. Mix and add tomatoes.
