Guacamole Dip

Ingredients
- 4 ripe Haas avocados
- 1/2 cup diced red onion (or regular onion)
- 3 Tbls. fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 large garlic clove (or 2 regular size cloves)
- 8 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 t. kosher salt
- 1 med tomato, seeded and diced small
- 1 t. black pepper
Instructions
Scoop avocado out of shells into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, pepper. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until finely diced. Mix and add tomatoes.
NOTE: Serve with Tostito chips, with or on the side in Mexican food.
