Guacamole Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe Haas avocados
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion (or regular onion)
  • 3 Tbls. fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 large garlic clove (or 2 regular size cloves)
  • 8 dashes hot pepper sauce
  • 1 t. kosher salt
  • 1 med tomato, seeded and diced small
  • 1 t. black pepper

Instructions

Scoop avocado out of shells into a large bowl. Add lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, onion, garlic, salt, pepper. Using a sharp knife, slice through the avocados in the bowl until finely diced. Mix and add tomatoes.

NOTE: Serve with Tostito chips, with or on the side in Mexican food.
