Honey Mustard Dressing
Love this recipe, the perfect blend of flavors!
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls. honey
- 2 Tbls. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbls. white vinegar
- 1/2 t. kosher salt
- 1/4 t. pepper, or to taste
- ΒΌ c. olive oil
Instructions
With a wire whisk, blend honey, Dijon mustard, vinegar, kosher salt and pepper until smooth.
Whisk in oil, until all ingredients are blended, and dressing is smooth and emulsified.
Serve over your favorite salad, using ingredients of your choice.
NOTE: I like to use: romaine lettuce, frozen peas (thawed) cucumber slices, dice red pepper (or any peppers), hard-boiled egg slices, grape tomatoes, shaved carrot, slice mushrooms and crumbled cooked bacon.
