Crumb-Coated Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 Tbls. butter, melted
- 1 t. paprika
- 1 t. garlic salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1/2 c. Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and halved (or cut in chunks)
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine melted butter, paprika, garlic salt and pepper. Add potatoes and toss to coat.
Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish, and roll potatoes in bread crumbs until coated.
Place in a greased 9x13x2" baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or until tender.
