Cranberry Pepper Jelly Dip

Simple and pretty presentation.
Perfect for the Christmas holiday.
Ingredients
- 8 oz. block of low-fat cream cheese, softened to room temp.
- 1 cup red pepper jelly (good quality, no dyes)
- 1/3 c. cranberry sauce (whole berry or jellied is fine)
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- crackers: Multi grain Club (Keebler), Ritz, water crackers etc. and/or pretzels
Instructions
Spread cream cheese onto a dinner-size plate or small platter.
Mix pepper jelly and cranberry sauce; spread on top of cream cheese.
Serve with pretzels and crackers of your choice.
NOTE: You can also substitute any purchased top quality fruit flavored pepper jelly as well, but don't need to mix with cranberry sauce. You'll need about 1-1/2 cups sauce.
