Crab Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1-1/2 t. real mayonnaise
  • 1/2 t. garlic salt
  • 1 jar of Kraft Old English cheese spread
  • 1 pkg. imitation crab meat (Louis Rich)
  • 6 English muffins (I use Thomas)

Instructions

Cream together butter, mayonnaise, cheese spread; add shredded crabmeat.

Spread on English muffin halves. Cut into fourths; place on a baking sheet and broil 5 minutes.

NOTE: Can be frozen (do not bake) and save to use at a later date.
