Crab & Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. imitation crab meat (Louis Rich)
- 8 oz. pkg. low-fat cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 c. real mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 3/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients and place into a glass pie plate.
Bake uncovered for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned.
NOTE: Serve with your favorite crackers or pita chips.
