Corn on the Cob: Grilled or Baked in Foil

So easy and no mess!
You can make using a grill or bake in oven
Ingredients
- 4 medium ears of corn, husks and silk removed
- ΒΌ c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- heavy duty foil
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 350-375 degrees).
Lay a large (24-inch long) piece of heavy-duty foil on work surface. Lay another large piece of foil on top, perpendicular to the first.
Place corn in the center of the foil and drizzle with melted butter. Roll corn to coat each cob in butter and season with salt and pepper.
Wrap the edges of the top piece of foil up and seal tightly. Repeat with the bottom layer of foil to create an airtight seal.
GRILL METHOD: Set the foil package of corn on grill grate, close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes. Use a heat-resistant grill glove to flip the foil pouch over. Close lid and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes.
OVEN METHOD: Place foil in preheated 400 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove foil pouch to a baking sheet and allow the corn to steam in the foil for 5 minutes before carefully opening (watch for hot steam escaping).**
Serve with additional butter and salt/pepper, but not needed.
