Cookie Pizza

My boys loved this when they were little and now fun to make with grandchildren
Ingredients
- 1-1/3 c. flour
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbls. hot water
- 1 t. vanilla
Topping
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1/2 c. butterscotch or vanilla chips
- 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. craisins or raisins
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1 c. mini or regular M & Ms (baking section)
- 1 c. mini marshmallows
- any other toppings of our choice
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir in oil, brown sugar, egg, hot water and vanilla.
Grease a 12-inch pizza pan. Flour hands and press dough evenly into pan.
Layer with toppings of your choice.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-18 minutes. Cool and cut into wedges to serve.
NOTE: Another variation: Door County dried cherries, dark chocolate chips or chunks and chopped pecans.
