Source: Found on Pinterest
So decadent and addictive, but not sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 c. heavy whipping cream (see note below)
- 1 c. powdered sugar, divided
- 8 oz. pkg. low fat cream cheese
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 t. vanilla extract
- fresh strawberries, washed (do not remove stems)
- banana chunks
- fresh raspberries, rinsed and dried
- marshmallows
- pretzel chips or pretzels
- small skewers for forks for serving
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, using an electric hand mixer, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add 2 Tbls. of the powdered sugar and whip until nearly stiff peaks form. Set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese, ¼ cup + 2 tablespoons powdered sugar, cocoa powder and vanilla extract until smooth. On low speed, mix in whipped cream mixture and ½ cup powdered sugar.
Transfer to a container and chill until ready to serve. Keeps for a week in the refrigerator
When ready to serve, arrange fruit and marshmallows (if using) on a tray with dip. Place a basket of pretzels along the side of the tray.
NOTE: Chill beaters and mixing bowl before whipping the cream. It whips better!
